Dear Ms. Richards, we apologize you were not pleased with your recent experience in shopping for a vehicle and would like to speak with you further about your experience. Our prices on our vehicles are displayed online and we make every effort to be as transparent regarding our pricing as possible. Unfortunately, when we were negotiating the price on this vehicle you were making an offer that was $2,000 below what we were able to sell the vehicle for and another customer did happen to be interested in the same vehicle and decided to purchase it for our advertised price. We have several other similar vehicles in stock and would be interested in speaking with you further to see if any of those would be of interest. Please give us a call at 636.441.4481. Thank you.

I will be purchasing my Maxima at a respectable dealership like Bommarito Nissan in West County where they take care of the Customer. Shame on you for even excusing this behavior, this shows your character as a manager. I was told by your Salesperson that I was getting the $2000 discount due to it "not being the color that I requested from $31K to $29K" I was also told this was the "managers personal vehicle" and that was why it only had 4k miles on it. Salesperson also told me it was 2019 Maxima until negotiations began then informed me that it was a 2018 Maxima. At Salespersons request, I took Maxima home overnight to "see if I could see myself in it". Then called me within 1 hour saying there was a woman that wanted to see car so I had to bring back to dealership, but I was able to have first right of purchase. My husband advised me to walk away since he thought I was being pressured and explained I was a cash buyer without urgency so should have my choice in car and dealership. Before I brought car back I did my research and found this car online with the displayed price being the price I was offered "Since it was not the color I wanted" as well as finding out the car was a Leased Vehicle not the "Managers personal car" I told the Salesperson after returning car about price discrepancy and he said his "managers were in the back and must have lowered price while I was out test driving car. When I asked him to HONOR $2,000 price reduction after waiting an hour for response he informed me that the other lady offered full sticker price and sold it to her. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel like you tried to take advantage of me since I am a Female.
