Don't like the service check in process in the respect no communication with service advisor before service. The entire transaction was smooth and seamless. We were able to take the car home that same day. The car we were interested in was not readily available but they substituted another identical model with a able to take the car home that same day. When we got home we discovered a minor scratch across the trunk lid and they quickly repaired it for us. I live an hour away from their dealership but they were able to beat the price of our local dealers in the twin cities! More

This was the first time that I was in the service dept. since purchasing my vehicle. I scheduled and oil change and tire rotation. I knew the oil change was to be free as a perk for my purchase.
