Exceptional help when I needed help getting wheel locks for my new car, because, for the first time, wheel locks did not come with the new car. Hensley went out of his way to take me to the parts department and when the part was not available, he was the one that came up with the idea of using the ones from the car I had just turned in, which solved my problem and was very resourceful on his part.
