First I would like to start with that I noticed that a tune up was not completed before putting the vehicle on the market. I now have to schedule a service after purchasing this vehicle. I’ve owned the vehicle for 2 weeks and already have a check engine light on. Very disappointed that I am having this issue after purchasing the vehicle. I will not return my business to this dealership. I am going to have to sell the vehicle now because I am not happy with it and will be going somewhere else to get a new vehicle. If it’s giving issues now 2 weeks in , I can only imagine what other problems I will have in the future. If you lan on purchasing a vehicle here , make sure it’s properly serviced before you purchase or your will be in the same situation as me! More

I was sold a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV on December 23,2023 that constantly needs servicing. As I was driving it home from the dealership on December 23rd, a caution light up on the dashboard. Took it in for service on December 28th didn’t get it back until January 9,2024. In January, I had to have the windshield replaced for over 1200.00 due to a small crack I didn’t notice at buying that grew to a huge crack. On March 20, 2024, the computer warned me of a steering malfunction and be careful driving it. I live in Nashville, this dealership is an hour drive away. I’m afraid to drive that far. They didn’t offer me a rental car or anything. Also the horn was broken and still broke. They are going to fix the horn for free, I hope. My salesman has not reached out to help me. I did go in for the Xylon coating they oversold me with a 3,000.00 power train warranty. The service department is very knowledgeable ,professional and friendly. I am a 62 yr old disabled female that needs to get to doctor visits and grocery store but so far I’m at home needing transportation. In conclusion, I’m grateful for them selling me such a “PRETTY LEMON”. I’m going to CARL BLACK CHEVROLET for servicing, they have agreed to help with any transportation needs until car is safe to drive. If STAN MCNABB CADILLAC and CHEVROLET does better, I will be more than happy to rewrite another review. More
