If a vehicle needs parts that need to be ordered from another area/dealership. The service department or Tim the service manager should call the vehicle owner and let them know the situation. I as the vehicle owner should not have to keep calling the dealership to find out what is going on, and why it has taking almost 2 weeks to be repaired. Be work on communication skills with the customer. I buy vehicles from Star because of the warranties that come with the vehicle, but when it comes to the service department there needs to be a little improvement. More
