Car was under warranty and it had transmission problems. They flushed the transmission and it seemed to fix the issue. My issue is that it took 8 weeks to get to get into the service center. It sat in the lot waiting because we didn’t want to drive it and damage the transmission. Seems like a simple flush could be handled by ANY certified mechanic. Our service advisor (Rick) as very responsive but he had no authority to push it through. To add insult to injury, the car was filthy after sitting on the lot for two months. You’d think that the dealership would at least was their dirt off the car. More

I took my car there and asked them to look at 2 issues. They called me with a quote to fix the first issue, I said yes and the 2nd issue quite was too expensive and not immediately necessary so I said no, They called me with a quote to fix the first issue, I said yes and the 2nd issue quite was too expensive and not immediately necessary so I said no, let's wait. The dealership tried to rip me off by claiming they pressure tested my engine and there was coolant in it and it was dead. Said I could pay $8k to get a new engine or trade my car in. Then they killed my battery by leaving a light on in my car and tried to tell me it had a dead battery when it was towed in. Another lie. I took it somewhere else and paid a couple hundred and got it fixed. More
