It took three days (9am Monday to 4:30pm Wednesday) to get my car returned for basic service (Oil, spark plugs, battery). Each day had broken promises of returning the car. I was told a technician left in get my car returned for basic service (Oil, spark plugs, battery). Each day had broken promises of returning the car. I was told a technician left in he middle of service to my car to close on a house. Also, the slow service was blamed on waiting for approvals from the lease management company. I was in contact with the lease management company and they assured me the delay was not on their part, because they left a message with the service department approving the work because there was no answer. I dropped off my car at 9:15 am when I had a 9:30 am appointment the service adviser Rick told me it to take a hour and a half to diagnose my car and he let me know what’s wrong with it since I have hav appointment the service adviser Rick told me it to take a hour and a half to diagnose my car and he let me know what’s wrong with it since I have having issues with my vehicle. He doesn’t call me til I called him and left a message at about 2pm he calls be back and says he’ll look into it at about 3-4pm he calls me back to tell me the mechanic that was working on it didn’t get to me vehicle… my car was there all day and you didn’t even LOOK at it why the heck did I make a appointment with you guys anyways? After that he said he’ll get to it bright and early and will give me a call in the morning. The next day I wait until the afternoon to call him to see what’s wrong with it and again I get his voicemail. Am I happy at this point you must be wondering? No I’m not he finally calls me back in the afternoon says it’s a transmission problem and says I need to change it out I ask him how much that would cost and how long? He didn’t know he had to find out and call me back. He then calls me a hour later says it’s about 5600 and it’s going to take 10 days I told him I would have to think about it and to not do my oil change if I had to change my transmission. I come to pick it up the next day since I couldn’t make it in time before you closed. And guess what? Rick did my oil change when I told him not to…. So am I happy with my service? NO… Do You think I will come back probably NOT. More
