At the Service Dept. needless to say I will not be getting my car serviced there in the future due to my experience where I had to deal with Lisa R. Took brand new Tahoe in because of recalls. Got it back with a scratch that wasn’t on it when they drove it to their service bay. Noticed it immediately after getting home and parked in the garage. Obvious with a scratch that wasn’t on it when they drove it to their service bay. Noticed it immediately after getting home and parked in the garage. Obvious it was done when 3R seatbelts were inspected. Wish I would have inspected the vehicle before leaving. They certainly make you inspect theirs when you need a rental. More
