Went in for an oil change. Asked service rep if service was using 0W 40 on 2919 Corvettes. She took me right over to the oil change bay and we talked to the service techs. Ashley at Stingray Chevrolet is a liar. I saw a used truck on CarGuru. It was supposed to be available at Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City Fl. I called in the morning to see if it was available. Made an appointment to go in and buy it. When I get there--early--she tells me someone just bought it, but she can show me something else. There was no used truck. There was no buyer. She just thought I was there to shop around and buy whatever. When I said I was leaving, she made no effort to right the wrong. The worst dealership ever. I bought a 2021 Tahoe in December... $60,000 car. Awful experience after the car was actually purchased. To start, they delivered the car to a completely wrong city that was about 300 miles away from where experience after the car was actually purchased. To start, they delivered the car to a completely wrong city that was about 300 miles away from where the car should have been delivered. so upon receiving the car it had 500 miles on it and an empty gas tank, was never compensated for that and no one ever called to apologize. I am a travel nurse and specifically wanted the paperwork and registration sent to where I live and not where the car was registered. Went over this time and time again with car salesman (especially after the mishap with delivering the car to the wrong address) the paperwork was all sent to the wrong address. Among other small issues like being told I was getting black bow ties but then the car didn't come with them so I had to get those sent to me and install them myself, was told a grey Tahoe was being shipped and got a loan for that specific Tahoe/ vin and then that changed the day before to a black Tahoe with a totally different vin so I had to get a brand new loan. LASTLY, the thing that really topped off the whole transaction is I traded in my VW and 35 days after the deal was done I receive a notice for a DELINQUENCY on my acct, so I call stingray where I am now notified (for the first time) that they didn't send the correct pay off amount to VW. So my credit score dropped 40 points because of Chevrolet Stingrays BIG mistake. I had an impossible time getting ahold of the GM or sales manager. Once I did he didn't know what was going on, he wanted to "get the other side of the story of what happened" and said that me asking him if I should call him back or expect a call back was not the way to handle a situation and that me talking to him like that wouldn't resolve anything. POOR POOOOOR customer service and the thing that upsets me the most is all this happened AFTER I spent 60000 on a car. My advice..... don't do online buys from them. Clearly they are disorganized and just a mess. I wouldn't give them another penny of my money even with an in person deal just because of how they handled the situation. I never called to complain about my experience because I realize that mistakes happen and that is just life, but after it messed with my credit score which could potentially mess with my livelihood I was very upset. They don't care about their customers as soon as they get your money. Still waiting to hear back from the GM to see if he can make ANY of this experience better and change my mind. More

They have a sign stating mask mandate but yet the employees on Saturday in the service area were not wearing them and half the people waiting. They were awesome. We have been looking for a specific Corvette Convertible and they alerted un that one one coming in that might be what we were looking for. We looked at it and bought it.
