The service department is great. I am beyond frustrated with my truck. It has less than 25000 miles and has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission and not to mention the other times for squeaking an with my truck. It has less than 25000 miles and has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission and not to mention the other times for squeaking and noises. I end up taking it in multiple times to resolve an issue. I rely on my truck for my livelihood. So every time I take it in I have a loss of income. I'm seriously looking at going to an F150 with all the issues this truck has. More
