Appointment time was exactly the time the service started. A new set of wiper blades was installed even though the coupon was expired. The entire visit took only about 1 hour. Overall great. Dalton Friedal gets 5 stars, but the accounting department brought the overall rating down as they misplaced our check for payment on 12/20 and we were asked to stop payment and issue another check department brought the overall rating down as they misplaced our check for payment on 12/20 and we were asked to stop payment and issue another check. While we were at the bank doing this received Dalton's text message saying they just found the check on 12/26. Just in the nick of time or you would have had to reimburse the $35 stop payment fee. More
