Don't understand I had an appointment that was set a week earlier, and it took three days before my truck was looked at. It only took 2 hours to fix it when they final I had an appointment that was set a week earlier, and it took three days before my truck was looked at. Super fast I been too other dealer ships to get my oil changed and have always had a lengthy wait, even with appointments. Oil change/ tire I needed one new tire, called to schedule and make sure they had a tire in stock, asked to also get an oil change and fix a recall. Arrived, asked to I needed one new tire, called to schedule and make sure they had a tire in stock, asked to also get an oil change and fix a recall. Arrived, asked to make sure they changed the oil and look at recall, took me to another advisor, for the third time I asked for the tire, the oil change, and the recall. I waited 2 1/2 hours, they told me it was done. They fixed the tire did NOT change the oil and “shook the seatbelt” to check the recall and it “seemed fine”. I overpaid for the tire so that I could take care of all three things at once. Lesson learned. My lease is up on my other Chevy. I’m going to try something else. More
