Service Center Visit I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in pl I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. Engine shudder I was there for a service and mentioned to my advisor that there seems to be an issue with the engine. I explained to him that it felt like it was mis I was there for a service and mentioned to my advisor that there seems to be an issue with the engine. I explained to him that it felt like it was missing and it would vibrate the vehicle like you were running over rumble strips. His exact words to me was” That’s the nature of the beast” and that i’ll Get used to it. I questioned him if there was anything that could be done about it and again said “it’s the nature of the beast. Needless to say I wasn’t satisfied with that answer and took it to another Chevy dealer who instantly informed me that there’s an issue with Torque Converters on my vehicle. I left it with them and they corrected the problem. More

Awesome people I went in to look at buying a new car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford escape. My salesman was Matt Blundo and he was awesome and loved to joke ar I went in to look at buying a new car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford escape. My salesman was Matt Blundo and he was awesome and loved to joke around. He was very patient with me because I kept asking about many cars.
