Made an appointment to have a couple of things checked ( brakes and a clunking noise when driving over bumps) and my car was there for 2 days. My husband called closer to closing time and spoke with our service adviser and asked why it was taking so long to diagnose and the adviser told him because they’re were people waiting on their cars. I thought the purpose for making an appointment is so you don’t have to wait. Then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with one of the issues and charged me over $100. Not happy and probably won’t return. More

Had my vehicle in for the airbag recall. Tech replaced the airbag, no problem there however... the outside of the unit looks scratched so it is no longer cosmetically pleasant. Also the tech couldn't take the airbag, no problem there however... the outside of the unit looks scratched so it is no longer cosmetically pleasant. Also the tech couldn't take the few extra moments to make sure the dash surface was returned to me in the exact same condition that they received it. I had a preexisting crack but it laid flat and flush. I received m vehicle back with one side of the Crack raised higher than the other. I had it back for the tech to straighten it out but they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it. It was fine before so it can be the same when returned. I ended up having to fix it myself and it took less than a minute. Also... this airbag recall seems to involve a lot of older vehicles. The dashes in these vehicles are made of apparently "cheap" plastic. If you know the dash may break during the course of repair... maybe you might wanna think about having replacement parts on hand and fix the damage instead of telling the customer "I hope it doesn't break". I now have to deal with broken retaining clips and a loose floppy dash because extra time and care was apparently to much to ask for... Not pleased with that level of service Stingray.. None of my review applies to the service writer Joe Platt. He is always a pleasure to work with. My issue lies with the tech who couldn't be bothered to spend a few extra moments and take the extra care necessary when working with an older vehicle to avoid further damaging what might be someone's pride and joy.
