I have been working with Dorinda and she is the best. Had my vehicle in yesterday for a few things and they gave me a loaner GOT up the road on I-4 and had a flat. So I called them and told them. I changed the tire and came back to dealership they told me I would have to pay for a new tire not very f-----g HAPPY. I also left my glasses there but they can't seem to find them. They are in a black case I wish they would look between the seats in the loaner and the chairs in the waiting room. The case is black so it would blend in. It could be in the bathroom or in the garage outside check in. More

Louis was more than accommodating when we realized the problem was not fixed with my vehicle. He made sure I got a loaner vehicle quickly so my baby wasn’t waiting in the heat.
