After purchasing my new 2025 Silverado my sales rep made it very easy to schedule my next visit, convenient to my schedule, for a bullet list of items that were to be delivered and installed. On the day of my scheduled service appointment I was immediately greeted and assisted well by all Service Department staff. While reviewing items scheduled to be completed, I noticed an indifference in parts ordered compared to parts expected at which time my sales rep listened to my concerns and was able to make the necessary changes for the Service needed, followed by finding a loaner vehicle until mine was complete. Updates on my vehicle were promptly received, and upon return to pick up my vehicle all items were taken care of as expected. Kudos to the entire staff at Stingray Chevrolet...you made my FIRST new vehicle (truck) purchase one to enjoy and always remember. Thank you! More

2 hours past appt and car not touched. Not until I went looking for tech after calling & txting with no response, did someone else contact them & then they took car back. Was suppose to get oil change and tire rotation but had to cancel tire rotation due to time constraints. Dealer comped the oil change and I was home 3 hours later. Extremely disappointed. More
