Thankfully, your talented repair staff was more than willing to help us out of a bind. Not only was the service process quick, but we truly felt that we were being cared for, from the transparent diagnostic to the snacks and drinks available in the waiting area. We would also like to offer a special thank you to Marcy Salazar our service advisor, who took our initial call and proceeded to guide us through the repair process. Marcy treated us with compassion and respect and made it her mission to get us back on the road. My wife and I went to 5 other dealerships in town and Joel at Street VW was the only salesman to take us seriously. He took good car of us throughout the process of buying a car and made honest recommendations when looking at the extra warranties that come with buying a car. He made sure that we got a quality car that fit us, and that we didn't over pay for things that we didn't need. I would highly recommend Joel at Street VW, and I would definitely buy another VW from him!
