Incredibly simple! My wife and I were needing to trade in our 2008 Jeep Compass and we had talked about a more fuel efficient car, we shopped around online untill we fou My wife and I were needing to trade in our 2008 Jeep Compass and we had talked about a more fuel efficient car, we shopped around online untill we found a 2012 Volkswagen Golf TDI at Street Volkswagen. We arrived at the dealership and Chris Scott greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help us, we told home we were looking at the 2012 Golf TDI and he replied "Let me grab the keys and I'll bring it around", a few minutes later he pulled around he ex op loaned the features, price, and let us test drive it while he was assisting other customers. We drove it around for a bit and came back and sming just like before asked us if we liked the car, we said yes we love it and we wanted to trade in our Jeep. He worked up for us, he went over the numbers and we said the price was right. He and the entire staff were very pleasant offered us drinks or snacks while we waited even took us for a tour of the facility. It was the best experience we have ever had and we never get pressured or rushed, every part of our experience was above and beyond. Stress reliever I had been looking for the perfect car for a few weeks after my car was totaled when I was hit by an 18 wheeler. I was getting stressed out and ready I had been looking for the perfect car for a few weeks after my car was totaled when I was hit by an 18 wheeler. I was getting stressed out and ready to give up when i came across the perfect car while searching the online inventory. I got in contact with Sammy and went in for a test drive and fell in love even more. He and David Lavender worked hard with getting a bank to approve financing considering I had a previous repo and not that great of credit. The next day I got a text saying i was approved. I was the happiest ever. We went in and did all paper work and they not only washed the car for me but they put a full tank of gas as well. All around it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership since my search for a new car started. I thank David and Sammy so much for being a big help and relieving all the stress I had with finding the perfect car. More
