We weren't looking for a Volkswagen but we were on the lot at the end of the day looking at another pre-owned vehicle. The other vehicle didnt have what I was looking for when we began looking at my, now lot at the end of the day looking at another pre-owned vehicle. Pua, our sales associate was knowledgeable and so patient at the end of the day when showing us all functions of the Atlas. We were so impressed and again I didnt have Volkswagen on my mind but after looking at all my options which included the price for what we were getting we couldn't turn it down. The team at Volkswagen Street worked out a deal for us and gave us a great deal for my trade-in all while being mindful of our time but staying late to take care of us. Pua was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous about our time even though it was late in the day. She never pushed and even when we looked at the different vehicles before making our decision on the Atlas, which was sooooo easy, she answered all of our questions with easy and care.
