I was recently shopping for a new car for my senior mom and found there was very little inventory in our town right now. So -- I went online. I looked at Street Volkswagen and reached out to see if there w and found there was very little inventory in our town right now. So -- I went online. I looked at Street Volkswagen and reached out to see if there was a tech-savvy, text-friendly salesperson who could help me find the car we were interested in. Pua Crawford contacted me immediately and was an absolutely rockstar. We chatted and I told her exactly what we wanted -- must have features, would-be-nice features, and things that didn't matter. We discussed colors and trim levels and in no time at all, she sent me the perfect car. Unfortunately it sold the next day before we could go see it! Pua continued sending me options at Street, and she offered to help me understand deal features, etc, too. She was a tremendous help in our car hunt. Eventually mom decided to go with a different make/model, but I cannot sing Pua's praises highly enough. She was so attentive, so helpful, and such an incredible researcher and resource at every stage -- picking a car, negotiating a deal, teaching me about the industry.
