I called about a used vehicle listed on Autotrader. Spoke with Travis and felt very good about the info he was giving me regarding the car and the dealership's practices. Very transparent. I went to the store and found the service and general atmosphere to be excellent. Price was fair, and there were no strings attached to the financing, dealer adds, etc. Most satisfying car purchase I've had. They also washed my other car while I drove the 'new' one home & returned with my family. Highly recommend the Superstore, even though I didn't buy a Subaru. More

I especially want to thank Charles Inman (Sales Manager) and Gil Watters (Service Director) for promptly and efficiently addressing each of the concerns listed in my previous review. Mr. Watters actually came to my home with a service technician to provide me with Valet Service. My car was returned by Mr. Watters AND Mark Mauer (General Manager) today. Not only did they resolve each and every item on my list, but they went above and beyond my expectations by attending to items they discovered when my car arrived in the service department. Best car purchase experience ever and there have been many!! Travis is low key rather than high pressure and everyone there is very professional.
