Quick and thorough check in. Repairs was promised in 2-3 hours, a that I wold get a phone call letting me know it was done. Everyone is extremely nice, from the receptionist, to Matthew my salesman, to Craig my loan adviser, to Shaun in services who r you feel like family. My car was returned to me unwashed properly, not sanitized on the inside, my glove compartment was open, and no sticker on the windshield for when my next oil change is due.
