oil change and recall appointment I made an appointment on-line to have my oil changed, tire air pressure checked and to take care of the recall on the airbag of my Subaru. We had some back and forth about price and features, and on Saturday we went to test drive our Outback. No sales pressure. No hype. Matthew LISTENED to us, and accommodated our needs and desires. The Finance Assistant was equally customer friendly and was able to get us a much lower interest rate than our credit union. We drove out with our new Certified Pre-Owned Outback with a great price and great financing. This was one of the most stress free auto purchases I have ever made. The coup de gras was when my wife arrived home in Cartersville after a harrowing drive on 85-285-75 for over an hour in heavy traffic, she declared, "I have never felt safer in a car!
