I want to love it here but they make it so difficult Took my wife's Forester in for another airbag recall on Monday evening. Went to pick it up Tues evening and they couldn't find the keys, the mechanic Took my wife's Forester in for another airbag recall on Monday evening. Went to pick it up Tues evening and they couldn't find the keys, the mechanic took them home. So they said they would find them on Wed and deliver to me. (Ok, great I can deal with that). Got the car Wed afternoon, got in it to go home, reached down to adjust the side mirrors and there are no buttons, just a hole in the dash where it was supposed to be. So they picked up the car on Thurs took it back to check the recall was completed correctly (because I had ZERO confidence in the mechanic that did it) and then returned it. They did fill up the tank (thank you). If this was an isolated incident I would be fine, but it is not. Over the years I have had parts left off my car (we are on our third Subi) multiple times. It is just so disappointing. Finish the job, correctly! Check your work, make sure the customer has no reason to complain. I believe there there are two major flaws in the processes there. 1) they try to rush too many vehicles through the service dept, 2) there is no final check out of work performed, no quality control. Both of these are a management issue and should be deeply reviewed. People's lives are at stake when you are dealing with critical systems like the airbags. There should be a 100% correct check before a customer ever sees the car. Either do it right or find someone who will. Because now I feel like I might have to start looking for someone I can count on. More

Top Notch Buying Experience of New BRZ I owned a 2013 BRZ and was in an accident at the beginning of February and the car was totaled. Insurance paid out quickly and I went into Subaru of Gwinnett to purchase a new one. I had color and options in mind already. Matthew Buckles quickly located the exact car that I wanted. It was still on the way to a dealer in another state. Matthew was able to secure that car for me and gave me a loner car until the new one was delivered. The BRZ came in earlier than expected, Matthew did a fantastic job getting it picked up from the out of state dealer and moved to Subaru of Gwinnett. The experience of purchasing this new BRZ was the absolute best experience buying a new car. I arrived with pre-approved financing, and Charles did a great job finding an even better rate through Subaru financing. Subaru of Gwinnett has solidified my loyalty to Subaru and I will always return there. More

Extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, the right dealership, the right person and had the car that we wanted at a great price. oil change and recall appointment I made an appointment on-line to have my oil changed, tire air pressure checked and to take care of the recall on the airbag of my Subaru. My son too I made an appointment on-line to have my oil changed, tire air pressure checked and to take care of the recall on the airbag of my Subaru. My son took the car for me, when he brought the car home, the airbag had been replaced and the air pressure checked. But, the oil had not been changed. That was annoying since now I'll have to make a separate appointment to have the oil changed. More
