Please understand I purchased my car from another dealership but had such a poor experience with service there that I'll drive further to Subaru of Gwinnett. Jeff Bowman keeps me coming back. Very nice facility, courteous staff, quick check-in process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash whe process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash when car was returned to me. Had to return to dealership to report this and spent additional 30+ minutes waiting for tech to remedy situation. Techs should ensure all is functioning properly before handing car back to service rep, who should also check everything is working right before handing car back to customer. More

Dealership is new and clean, but the service tech expertise is questionable. Bought a brand new Outback and a few days later the AC went out. Took it in and they kept the car for 3 days. Told me that it was only low on Freon and they topped it off. (3 days to tell me that) A few days later it was out again. Took it to a different dealer and they found a leak within an hour and successfully repaired. More

The new facility is remarkable. Kirby was spot on with the time it would take for the work to be done.
