Jerome was kind and demonstrated that he cared that we were getting what we wanted. We had mentioned we had other cars we were looking at and appreciated his time. Purchase experience was great; however, communicated the process for obtaining a permanent tag requires a lot of work. In brief, temp tag was set to expire and requested a new temp to get us beyond the process for obtaining a permanent tag requires a lot of work. In brief, temp tag was set to expire and requested a new temp to get us beyond the typical 30 day issue window, since we would be out of town. Unfortunately, I had to make multiple requests to dealership staff before they followed through with this request; after multiple confirmations that new temp tag was issued and in the mail. Plate was, eventually, received around day 36. More
