Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Subaru of Jacksonville to the rescue…Driving back to Florida, the 4 year old battery decided to expire while on I95, just north of Jacksonville. I have had a great experience with Subaru of Jacksonville! Mike Needham in the service department has excellent customer service! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and Jacksonville! Mike Needham in the service department has excellent customer service! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and you’re back on the road. The technicians are great and get you in and out fairly quickly. The waiting area is always well stocked with drinks and snacks in the morning. I have always been a bit skeptical of dealerships based on some past experiences, but Subaru of Jacksonville made me feel like family. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, they sold my brother his car 11 years ago and he had such a great experience that he brought me back when looking for a new car and was not disappointed. sold my brother his car 11 years ago and he had such a great experience that he brought me back when looking for a new car and was not disappointed. I test drove a car Friday and drove out with it on Monday. I found a car I loved with a great price and the whole process was great beginning to end at this dealership, they are great at what they do and make sure that you walk out a happy customer! Truthfully just to scope the market we checked out a couple other Dealerships and we’re treated poorly in comparison, save yourself some time and start here :) As well Juan Hernandez our Sales Representative was amazing and funny enough was the same person who sold my brother his car 11 years ago and now sold me mine, it was an absolute pleasure to have his help, I did not feel rushed not once or pressured into making a decision I did not want with him. He answered all my questions and was easy to reach and follow up with. It was such a great experience even now my father is ready to come back and shop for his new car here with Juan! More
