I bought a Subaru Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville a few years ago after doing an online search and finding the best vehicle for me there. So when my daughter was hit and her car was totalled, I starting looking for a used car for her. After some online searching for used SUVs of various makes, I decided to head back to Subaru of Jacksonville because they once again had vehicles that met my checklist, because I love my Forester, and because the service there is exceptional. I just really like the culture there. KP lived up to my hopes and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I actually enjoyed it. I told him what I was looking for, he found a vehicle that exactly fit the bill, showed me how the many features worked, and even reset the clock for me. He sent the vehicle off for cleaning, too. He got me a snack and water while I waited and was very warm and personable. I am single and drove to the dealership alone. KP drove the vehicle to my house.
