Searched for a new vehicle at several Toyota dealerships, but they all wanted over MSRP, or some other stipulations (non refundable deposit, overpriced options, etc). Even got a lifetime powertrain warranty at no charge. Big thanks to Sabino & Jerry for helping get a hard to find vehicle, and Daniel for helping me get the most out of my trade. I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2013, and came back in 2023 for another. Glad to still see those 3 guys doing what they do there, and glad to see the dealership treating customers fairly. My experience with Ovidio left a lot to be desired. It took way too much time and at the end of the day, I felt that I was being sold a bill of goods. I agreed to purchase the maintenance package at which time Ovidio stated since I was doing that, he would “give” me the extended warranty. Only after I got home did I realize that his “giving” me the warranty cost me $2000. While Ovidio agreed to cancel this warranty (after I went to the effort of filing the cancelation package) I am left with the distinct impression that he was playing me. A little too slick for my liking. The bottom line is that your dealership built up a lot of goodwill only to lose it all with the business manager. More
