We recently purchased a Subaru Outback and had a good experience throughout the process. Test drove a couple of cars and ordered a Legacy. After a couple of months we started thinking about getting an Ou experience throughout the process. Test drove a couple of cars and ordered a Legacy. After a couple of months we started thinking about getting an Outback instead of the Legacy and switched our order to an Outback that was in route. A month later we are driving our new car. No hasstles and DID NOT have to deal with high dollar no-value dealer ad-ons or extra $$ added to the MSRP. Steve has a good knowledge of Subarus and was very easy to work with. NO high pressure sales or constant phone calls during the process. We highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and Steve Barba. More
