Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with excellent customer service. I was in the market for a new vehicle and KP was ready to assist me in finding the perfect fit for me and my family. with excellent customer service. I was in the market for a new vehicle and KP was ready to assist me in finding the perfect fit for me and my family. He was personable, helpful, and the least pushy salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock, but they were so great about updating me while the vehicle was in transit. Once the vehicle was here, they immediately called and I was on my way. The whole process from there took about 1.5 hours and was so easy and smooth. AJ was great with all the finance work too. Really enjoyable car buying experience. Now a Subaru lifer. Highly recommend this dealership for new or used vehicles. More

My Subaru has been serviced by Subaru of Jacksonville for the five years I have owned it. They are always very thorough and reliable, but this time was better than good. Mike went over the whole inspection the five years I have owned it. They are always very thorough and reliable, but this time was better than good. Mike went over the whole inspection, the costs line-by-line and they even came out half-way through to show me my filters and ask if I wanted them changed. (yes). I also got 4 new tires which ride terrifically. I called the day before about the tires and Anthony in Parts told me he would set them aside-he did. He was also very patient as I looked for the numbers he needed. This dealership is just spotless, everyone is helpful and friendly and oddly, having your car serviced is a pleasant break. (Oh no, there are two Anthony's--hope I rated the right one.) Kelsey took my call the day before my appointment and I really appreciate her connecting me with Anthony and then double-checking my service request.) More
