Great experience at the Subaru of Jacksonville dealership. Initially, we walked in looking for an appraisal of our 2020 Crosstrek premium out of curiosity due to the currnet market. Nando, kindly dealership. Initially, we walked in looking for an appraisal of our 2020 Crosstrek premium out of curiosity due to the currnet market. Nando, kindly helped us with the numbers and cheerfully sent us on our way without being pushy and trying to get us to buy a car. After some discussion, we couldn't pass up on their offer and decided to upgrade to a 2022 Crosstrek Sport. Nando, KP, and Ryan made the process simple and easy. Their straightforward honesty and desire to do what is right for the customer was apparent. We will 100% be visiting Subaru of Jacksonville next time we are in the market for a car! More

We viewed the car we were interested on the internet and then called the dealership for a test drive. When we arrived they had to car pulled up to the front and ready to go. It was in pristine condition a then called the dealership for a test drive. When we arrived they had to car pulled up to the front and ready to go. It was in pristine condition and the test ride was very pleasant. Kyle Shifflett invited us into his office and we made the deal. All personnel involved we so nice. I would also like to give a shout out to Ovidio Cirtina who was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the paper work. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Nando and I'm glad I was. I knew I wanted something different than what I had but no particular Make in mind. Nando let me take my time and explore different Makes in the size I was interested in. I decided on a 2021 Forester, still Nando applied no pressure. Let me drive the car twice before making up my mind. Then he helped me get a better financial deal than the one I came in with. I got more car than I ever thought I would/could at the price I wanted to pay. Nando was a wizard. Enjoyed doing business with him and recommend him to anyone shopping for a car. More
