Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Juan was outstanding to work with, our first meeting was in early April looking for a pre-owned Subaru. Because of the ridiculous inflation our country is experiencing right now it actually made more financ in early April looking for a pre-owned Subaru. Because of the ridiculous inflation our country is experiencing right now it actually made more financial sense to buy a new vehicle, so for the first time in over 20 years we decided to order a new Crosstrek. He walked my wife and I thru the order process (which was very easy with his assistance) and kept us informed thru the entire process. The day our car arrived, Juan gave us options on how and when to pick it up. At our appointed time, the new Crosstrek was ready and all paperwork was already prepared. My wife and I were in and out in record time. I highly recommend Juan and will certainly be utilizing his services in the future. I can say the same about Subaru Jacksonville as well.
