Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Unprecedented times in the industry and this dealership was up to the task. Saw my 2022 Outback XT on their website as "available". Visited Jerry Johnson to confirm the details. Got an acceptable offer on was up to the task. Saw my 2022 Outback XT on their website as "available". Visited Jerry Johnson to confirm the details. Got an acceptable offer on my Infinity QX50 trade in and the car arrived on the VERY day anticipated almost four weeks earlier. Now home my wife wants the new Outback and she's "willing" to let me drive her 2015 Forester which we purchased from Jerry new in 2014. Negotiations are ongoing! More

Subaru of Jacksonville and Jerry Johnson live up to the standard that Subaru set for me in Alaska. I was interested in a Forester, test drove a very nice used 2019 model, and purchased a new 2021 that SoJ standard that Subaru set for me in Alaska. I was interested in a Forester, test drove a very nice used 2019 model, and purchased a new 2021 that SoJax had on order. Jerry is a gem - very informative, a real gentleman, took the time to thoroughly familiarize me with my new car. All in all, a great experience. Subaru won my loyalty years ago, and SoJax has my loyalty now - I will definitely recommend Jerry and SoJax to friends and folks who admire my pretty Forester. More

I was interested in getting a Subaru and was connected with Juan. We were able to test drive the trim level we wanted but they didn’t have the color combo I wanted. There was one that was in transit and J with Juan. We were able to test drive the trim level we wanted but they didn’t have the color combo I wanted.
