John was super friendly and helpful. I bought a car that was coming from the factory, and he kept me updated the whole time. He even took pictures when it arrived, and text them to me. Called Mark previous evening looking for an Ascent. Luckily 2 2021 had just been delivered. Mark came in early next day to meet with my daughter and I to test drive and purchase. He is outstanding at his job and goes beyond customer service protocol. I recommend this dealership without any reservations. AJ in finance also was very helpful in all the paperwork and handling of transfer of tag and registration. Additionally I purchased a kayak rack and Mark installed that for me before I left to drive my beautiful Subaru h ome. More

Mark and Ken were absolutely incredible!!! I came in with an issue with my current vehicle and they went above and beyond in taking care of me. So much so, that I left with a new car and everything I wanted an issue with my current vehicle and they went above and beyond in taking care of me. So much so, that I left with a new car and everything I wanted in my price range!! Mark was so very patient with my 2 year old!! They played together and had the best time the 5.5 hours we were there!!! I cannot recommend this dealership, and Mark as a sales associate, enough! More

I recently purchased a 2022 Outback Touring XT. I worked with Bruce Holmes. He was absolutely great to work with and very knowledgeable. Originally I went to Subaru of Jacksonville to trade in my Forester with Bruce Holmes. He was absolutely great to work with and very knowledgeable. Originally I went to Subaru of Jacksonville to trade in my Forester for a new one. On a whim I said I would like to drive an Outback. Bruce pointed out the differences in the models and let me decide which was best for me. No Pressure which I loved. More
