I bought vehicle in May 2020 but due to Covid, haven’t used it much. Needed a refresher on how to use much of it and needed 12-month service. Got it all done. Though we live in South Florida, we bought our new 2021 Legacy from Subaru of Jacksonville. This was our second purchase, following one in 2016. GM Daniel Kane authorized an attractive price and trade-in allowance in a straightforward manner with no haggling. This was done quickly and efficiently by email and on the phone before we left Jupiter. A credit card deposit held our chosen vehicle until we arrived in Jacksonville. At the dealership we dealt with Jerry Johnson, the same kindly, experienced agent we met in 2016. Jerry handled all aspects of our transaction, including a low-key, extended, and thorough introduction to the many features of our new car. His interaction with us during the entire buying process could serve as a model for training auto sales personnel. We have had many experiences in buying (and selling) personal vehicles. The service people that I dealt with on Wednesday's appointment were so helpful ,and worked so efficiently. I had several questions which they took the time to respond to thoroughly. I also appreciated that when they could not wash the car, they gave me a coupon to have it washed without charge at a place further down on Atlantic Blvd. Also they took card of servicing my car right away so I did not have long wait.
