Originally spoke with Malik regarding the Subaru Forester 2020 that we ended up purchasing, did test drive with him and he was wonderfully helpful. Unfortunately we came back on a day to purchase that vehicl 2020 that we ended up purchasing, did test drive with him and he was wonderfully helpful. Unfortunately we came back on a day to purchase that vehicle on a day Malik didn’t come in for several more hours. We ended up with another sales associate and sorely missed Malik. The salesmen we ended up with, Mark, decided to bring his vape pen out multiple times and smoke it while discussing the purchase of the car. Including in the actual dealership while sitting at his desk in front of us. This guy also doesn’t understand personal space and several times invaded mine repeatedly. He kept reaching from back seat over my shoulder as I drove changing buttons. He also insisted on test driving the vehicle this time in a residential neighborhood which I find completely dangerous and unnecessary. If we weren’t dictated with time constraints we would’ve have waited for Malik and even now I wish we would’ve waited for Malik. Aj with finance was amazing and kept things light hearted and funny. Easiest Car Purchase Ever I had researched the 2020 Subaru Outback online and had a strong idea of the fair market value of both the new vehicle as well as the value of the veh I had researched the 2020 Subaru Outback online and had a strong idea of the fair market value of both the new vehicle as well as the value of the vehicle I was trading in. I had downloaded the test drive offer and was contacted by Erin Jacobs in Customer Service to arrange a time to come in to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Bruce Holmes and he asked me a few questions and then we selected a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited Edition. Bruce was very well versed in how to setup and operate the latest technology. This knowledge really helped convince me during the test drive that this was the car for me. After the dealership evaluated my trade in, I was presented with a set of numbers that were exactly what I expected for both my trade and the new car. The transaction then moved on to the finance department and Ryan Munro presented me with a variety of financing options and warranty plans. This part of the process was very efficient and informative. I walked out of Ryan's office with a clear understanding of what my warranty will cover and how much I will pay for the car over the length of the loan. Once the paperwork was done, Bruce introduced me to the service team and then helped me set up some additional Starlink capabilities and paired it with my cell phone. More

Fast Professional Service I came into the express service for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Mike M. I asked about how long for the service and he estimate I came into the express service for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Mike M. I asked about how long for the service and he estimated 45 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room and just about 20 minutes later he came in and told me my car was ready and went over all of the findings during the inspection (everything was great). I spent less than 30 minutes total at the dealership from the time I drove on the lot until I pull out. It's great to have a dealership deliver great service in half the time they estimated. I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville for both sales and service. More
