I had downloaded the test drive offer and was contacted by Erin Jacobs in Customer Service to arrange a time to come in to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Bruce Holmes and he asked me a few questions and then we selected a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited Edition. Bruce was very well versed in how to setup and operate the latest technology. This knowledge really helped convince me during the test drive that this was the car for me. After the dealership evaluated my trade in, I was presented with a set of numbers that were exactly what I expected for both my trade and the new car. The transaction then moved on to the finance department and Ryan Munro presented me with a variety of financing options and warranty plans. This part of the process was very efficient and informative. I walked out of Ryan's office with a clear understanding of what my warranty will cover and how much I will pay for the car over the length of the loan. Once the paperwork was done, Bruce introduced me to the service team and then helped me set up some additional Starlink capabilities and paired it with my cell phone. More

Fast Professional Service I came into the express service for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Mike M. I sat down in the waiting room and just about 20 minutes later he came in and told me my car was ready and went over all of the findings during the inspection (everything was great). I spent less than 30 minutes total at the dealership from the time I drove on the lot until I pull out. It's great to have a dealership deliver great service in half the time they estimated. Great Car Buying Experience I purchased my 2019 Subaru WRX from Subaru of Jacksonville in April of 2019. I am from about 100 miles away and was looking for a BRZ which I could n I purchased my 2019 Subaru WRX from Subaru of Jacksonville in April of 2019. I am from about 100 miles away and was looking for a BRZ which I could not find locally. On Saturday afternoon I called down to Subaru of Jacksonville and asked if someone would be able to help me if I arrived around 6pm, which was one hour before closing time. I was assured there would be someone to help me when I arrived, so I made the trip to Jacksonville. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and introduced to Danny Kane, Jr who assisted me. The only negative of the entire experience was it took about 10-15 minutes for Danny to get the BRZ out where we could test drive it. Since I had called ahead I would have liked for the car to be ready right when I arrived, but I also understand they probably have a lot of people who call interested in vehicles and then never show up. It wasn't a big deal, but still worth mentioning since it was the only negative part of my experience. We took the BRZ out for a test drive, and it was a fun little car, but I quickly realized it was not for me due to its small size. However, while I was waiting for Danny to pull the BRZ out for the test drive, the Pearl Blue WRX in the showroom caught my eye. I knew about the WRX from my research, but had focused more on the BRZ. After test driving the BRZ and deciding it wasn't what I wanted, I asked Danny about test driving a WRX, and he pulled one off the lot for us to test drive. I absolutely loved the WRX and decided it was the car for me. I went back and forth on the WRX I drove and the one in the showroom and ultimately settled on the one in the showroom. By this time it was after 7pm and the dealership had closed. By the time we settled on a price (very easy, pleasant, and quick process working with Danny and Daniel), completed the paperwork, and drove off the lot, it was almost 9pm. The entire experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was excellent. While I hated to keep people after closing, they were all extremely friendly and helpful. My salesman, Danny, the sales manager, Daniel, the finance manager, Mike, and the guys who detailed the card (I didn't ever meet them), made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely make the drive to Subaru of Jacksonville in the future for service and if I decide to buy another Subaru. More
