Second Subaru After researching the latest reviews and ratings for all manufacturers, I found myself trading in my Subaru Legacy for a Subaru Crosstrek. Since so After researching the latest reviews and ratings for all manufacturers, I found myself trading in my Subaru Legacy for a Subaru Crosstrek. Since so many SUBARU models were best in class this year, as well as best safety rating etc. I thought I should look at all of the Subaru models before deciding. I was surprised when I ran into Josh (now a manager) and he remembered selling me the Legacy. My salesman this time was Mark Minter. I had visited a few months before with my daughter who wanted her first new car, and Mark patiently explained all the details, financing, benefits of trade-ins etc. He was very kind and helpful then, so I made sure to talk to him again. The original reason I went to this dealership years ago was when I called the service department as a test before car shopping, they were courteous and professional. My initial impression was justified and I have been impressed every time I had my Legacy serviced. I tend to keep my cars 10+ years so I opted for the free liftetime power train warranty, and added the seven year warranty, service and tire warranties. The finance manager patiently explained all that and helped me select the plans I wanted, and drop the part’s I didn’t care about. So basically I’m worry free for seven years. I selected the “lowest end model” in terms of price because it was the color I liked. I listed the extra features I wanted and was willing to pay for (bumper and seat protectors), but Mark said they were already included which was great. When I drove my suv off the lot I was really surprised at all the included safety features. I hadn’t paid much attention to those details, It came with a back up camera, eyesight monitor that watches what’s in front of the car and avoids collisions , lane drifting warning and blind spot flashing lights on the mirrors which is awesome. There’s also a safety theft protection system for a small charge for three years that ”locates “ your car. Great for when I forget where I parked, and good if it’s ever stolen. The Subaru brand really feels like a family, and I feel the quality and safety are the best for the price. This dealership seems to embody all the best SUBARU offers, and I have a feeling I’ll be shopping there again when it’s time for a new car in the future. More

Amazing I stopped by to test drive a few cars on a Friday afternoon late in the evening and by Sunday afternoon they had me driving out in a 2019 new Subaru! In addition to the usual oil/filter change and tire rotation, they performed extra services I was not even aware I had which were included in the original maintenance package that came when we purchased the car. This demonstrates excellent customer service. Even though my "free" maintenance package has expired, I will continue to drive an hour to Subaru of Jacksonville because I know the people in their service department are top notch.
