In addition, when the model I wanted wasn't available and my deadline for delivery was very short (pending trip) Ryan personally got involved in the acquistion of the exact model I requested (a 3.6R White Touring Outback) which was made available the next day. In addition to the sales process I was very fortunate to work with "AJ" Miller for the finance end of the experience. I found AJ to be extremely knowledgable and very professional in his approach. Both Ryan and AJ were very pleasant to deal with and great examples of the "family" atmosphere that was very apparent during my visits to Subaru of Jacksonville. We all hate sitting at a dealership for several hours.. and even though the process still required some time, it beat my other dealership experiences by far. I didn’t feel too pressured to purchase extra warranties or protection on the vehicle. The extras were offered as more of a recommendation than force feeding me offers. The guys I worked with were extremely nice. Looking forward to servicing my new car with these guys! More

About 5 minutes later Bruce Holmes one of the sales people came out to assist us. After talking for several minutes about what options we needed, he came up with some very good options. Then it was a matter of color, this being my wife's car she was super picky about what color she would drive. Bruce went and found her the perfect Forester. Then we sat down and he helped us negotiate a super low price after our trade in and we drove it home. She has been driving it for a week and a half and is so impressed with all the extra features and gas mileage. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville for making my wife happy! More

We showed up with a vehicle we weren't pleased with and a high interest rate. After numerous and I do mean numerous let downs we gave Mr. Holmes a chance to better our circumstance. THANK GOODNESS!!! The professionalism and patience he displayed was unmatched. We were supposed to finish out the day with a visit to the beach but I doubt anyone complained.
