Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Primo Customer service! When I first arrived I was greeted with a smile and was helped with where I needed to go. John in the parts department was east to work with. I had called to check on a keyless entry fob and he found the one I needed which wasn't easy since my car is a 2007 Forester. Then Steven in the service department helped to program the key.
