Juan Hernandez is the sales representative who has worked with us for all five purchases. Juan is a pleasure to work with. He knows what we are looking for in a car and he always delivers. He never puts any pressure on us and makes us feel like part of the family at SOJ. When I bring the car in for oil changes, Juan almost always stops by to say hello. We have confidence in Juan's integrity and his desire to be helpful and let us take our time to decide upon our purchase. A.J. in the finance department moved the process along and answered all of our questions. This dealership is a friendly, down to earth place to do business. The service department id outstanding too. I don't need an appointment for oil changes and tire rotation, they wash the car before returning it, and I usually can find a coupon to reduce the price of the service. They have a comfortable place to wait for your car and supply coffee, water, soft drinks, and snacks. Why would I buy a car anywhere else? One more thing, the Outback is a great car to drive. We opt for a model with all of the safety features and we believe it is worth the extra cost. My Outback safety features have saved me from an accident more than once! He spent so much time with my husband and I explaining the details of the internet interface with our phones and the car. He never seemed rushed or annoyed with our slow learning curve! Juan encouraged us to return several more times until we thoroughly understood all that the CrossTrek has to offer a driver. And believe me, it's a lot! We went into the dealership to buy a car and came out with a new and very helpful friend. More

Wonderful I started my search for my new car on the internet. When I found what I wanted I contacted the dealer via the net. Erin Jacobs contacted me and was I started my search for my new car on the internet. When I found what I wanted I contacted the dealer via the net. As it was late in the day we talked to Nando DiPasquale who went out of his way to help me find another Outback as the one I had picked out sold. Turns out that was a good thing as I prefer the one he picked for me better. He went out of his way to get me the things in my new wagon I needed and didn't know I would, while making sure it had the things I wanted. He spent time taking pics and sending to me before test drive appt. was even set up. He gave me advise on how to speed up paperwork time and passed my file to Jerry Johnson for test drive appt the next day. Jerry was there early (before the dealership opened) with our wagon already to go. We went for a test drive where he showed me all the bells and whistles. When we knew we wanted the Outback he gave us over to AJ Miller in Finance to take care of the paperwork portion of it. AJ was fast, friendly and made the worst part of buying a new car easy. When he was done we went back to Jerry who sat with us and went over all the manuals and the most important places to find what we might need in them. He was so very generous with his time, answering anything and everything and few things we didn't even know to ask. My husband and I loved our experience at Subaru of Jacksonville first and foremost for the people, we never felt pressure to buy. I was also honored to be served by one of our retired military on Memorial Weekend. It was a miserable rainy day and they all made it a bit brighter. Thank you to all 4 mentioned above. More
