Top Notch Customer Service! The air pressure guage was showing up on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped and asked if they would check my tires. Daniel Kane, Jr. Service Advisor said "not to worry" he would have the tires checked right away. I said I was going to come in the following week for maintenance and he said they could also take care of it while I was there. He had me wait in the Customer Lounge and periodically came in to tell me what they found with the tires and what it would cost to fix, etc. Also, he found I had a credit to have my headlights cleaned and did want that done also. Daniel kept me informed, was so pleasant and professional and making me feel at ease. Everything was taken care of and I don't have to bring the car back until my next regular scheduled maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased. They even washed the car for me as an added bonus. They made my weekend! More

Professionalism to an absolute perfection with humility and integrity despite the fact that I was present to only look at the absolute lowest price vehicle in the entire dealership's inventory as it was for my sixteen year old. It did not matter one way or the other as the team and especially Sabino treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I have plenty of car buying experience under my belt accumulated over the years and I can honestly say that this was absolutely at the top of the list in all manors of the experience of purchasing a vehicle thus far. Bruce was the first to reach out and even inquired about all my preferences, then responding with cars they have that meet those preferences. I received many calls from Subaru dealers around me, but I appreciated the work Bruce put into what I wanted. When we arrived he was the nicest, most down to earth, no game playing car salesman I have ever dealt with.
