Excellent service We bought our Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville in 2015 and they have been servicing it since. The buying process was easy and unstressful and the service department has met our needs promptly and efficiently. While we were out of state we had to take it to another Subaru service department, but problem not really resolved. Upon returning to Jacksonville ,this service department identified the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part without charge, and provided us with a loaner car for the day. Our Forester was fixed quickly and well, plus it was cleaned inside and out! We thank Steven Wall for his knowledge and help in this matter. More
