Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We had looked at all the cars at the show and really liked the Forester the best. We knew that is what we wanted after talking to Frank Woods. We ended up at the dealership yesterday and got to test drive the Forester with Frank. We were sold after the test drive. Frank was very knowledgeable about everything Subaru. As mentioned it is not what went wrong, ( so I will not mention the issue) but about how do you correct it. When we arrived to pickup our new Outback, we met Mark Minter, who had kept us informed on the status of our factory order. He led us through the paper work and payment for the car. Then came his very thorough and helpful briefing/ demonstration on the features of the new vehicle in the new car itself. Then he followed up a few days later with contact to make sure that we had no questions and everything was going well - it was. So, the whole buying process from start to finish was made enjoyable and positive by the professionals at Subaru of Jacksonville. Use them! More
