Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Pleasant Experience I am in the process of making a decision about a new car purchase and am particularly interested in Subaru. Left in the dust. I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection online for Subaru of Jacksonville because my local Subaru dealer is smaller and almost always sold the I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection online for Subaru of Jacksonville because my local Subaru dealer is smaller and almost always sold the outbacks before they even got to the lot. I reached out for assistance and was greeted by a pleasant lady who answered all of my questions and took care of my needs. There was some back and forth over the phone and via email because i live in South Carolina and all seemed well. After not hearing from the dealer for a couple days, i reached out to see what was going on and was ignored. I forgot to mention that I went as far as to put a deposit on a specific vehicle that they had so that it wouldn't be sold before i made my final decision. I look to find that my deposit had beed refunded with no reason why, no phone call or email about anymore information. Finally i got a hold of the lady i had been in contact with and she explained to me that because i had i little bit less than perfect credit that i needed way more than i was willing to put down as a down payment. I tried to finalize it there and move onward but i was giving yet another false hope with more lies and a "i will get back to you" It's three days later and i haven't heard anything back from anyone. Their loss, because i picked up a brand new outback at my local dealer that actually went above and beyond to get it from a dealer in Virginia. I guess next time i will consider my local dealer first instead of looking elsewhere. More

I initiated buying my second Subaru Outback online and had a quick response from Mark. He worked with me remotely as I live in Tallahassee, Florida and had everything ready once we closed the deal and I made the drive over to Jacksonville. Even though I already owned a 2011 Subaru Outback, he made sure he took me for a test drive and spent time going over all the new feature in the car. I really appreciated the time he spent with me as it saved me having to go thru manuals just to get started with the new technology. If you're looking to buy a new car, please consider with with Mark. He doesn't pressure you in anyway and will go the extra mile to be sure you are happy with the deal and your new car. A very pleasant experience! Anita Clarkson in the Finance Department also did a stellar job with all the paperwork and explaining the warranties...she couldn't be more friendly and was so knowledgeable about the process.
