We sent an email back inquiring about a 2015 XV Crosstrek. We have a 2013 Crosstrek and it's beem nothing short of excellent. We figured with gther equity in that we might be able to get into a 2015 Crosstrek with no money out of pocket. We also had an employee discount via TrueCar.com. We received an email back from Dave Dombrowski who worked tirelessly for a couple days to work out the details of the 2015 Crosstrek pricing, our 2013 Crosstrek trade with our equity, and we gave him our current financing deal to see if he could match it. He was the bomb from beginning to end. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He listened, and put it ALL together from the vehicle pricing, to the Subaru guaranteed trade price, to the financing. Just a great dealership experience especially since we don't like to be at a dealership for hours. Dave took all of our info over the phone and had everything ready once we made our decision. We walked in, saw our new vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Ourt paperwork was completed and Anita Clarkson, the Financing Director was waiting for us. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable auto finance person we've ever dealt with. And she is also friendly and personable and patient. She explained every question we had thoroughly and in easy to understand language. Bottom line, if you shop for a Subaru anywhere else in the Jacksonville, Florida area, you're doing yourself a disservice. We had our 2013 Crosstrek serviced there a few times and they were always on-time, knowledgeable and friendly. This THE PLACE to shop Subaru's. More

David made the process as easy as possible, especially the night I picked up my care. Several others were coming in at the same time. David was very busy makeing sure everyone was taken cae of. Mr. Hernandez was extremely helpful even to the point of driving me to local shops and delivering the purchased vehicle to my house in order to help coordinate the completion of a few after market installations. Finally I want you to know the process of buying our car went very smoothly. When it was time to leave, my car was spotless and came with a full tank of gas. I would recommend SOJ for any of my friends and family who might be interested in a Subaru.
