For starters, how about the owner, Phil Porter personally greeting us to see if we had any questions? And then Bruce Holmes was a terrific salesman, NEVER exerting any pressure. He not only answered all our questions, but managed to get us a car weeks ahead of schedule. Then he took an hour to explain every detail in my new Outback. I am a teacher, and also a visual and kinesthetic learner. I learn from watching, not from reading a manual. Bruce patiently showed and explained everything to me, allowing me to try all gadgets in my new car before driving it off the lot. I love my new car and would recommend this dealership and Bruce Holmes to anyone shopping for a dependable, new car. More

He was very helpful in educating us about all the tehnical features that our new car has to offer. And we are very pleased to have achieved such a great deal from the purchase of our 2nd Subaru. The new outback is so comfortable & much more fun to drive overall! Although we loved our 2013 Forrester we have to mention that the updated safety features in the new Outback really makes up for some of what we were sort of missing in the Forrester such as the back up Camera, the Turn signals on the side view Mirrors, and also the Blind spot Warning Signals in the Mirrors as well. The Air Conditioning for the back seat passengers has already made such a big difference too! WE LOVE IT! Here's a big "Shout Out" to our Awesome Salesman, Mark Minter! He really helped us in finding just the right car to meet all of requested desires & needs! Thanks Again Subaru! More

We had dropped in over the years to check out the cars and never had any pressure to buy or even talk! Once we were ready, we met Juan. He showed as much true enthusiasm for Subaru and made us feel at home. We bought our Outback. A year later, after a few emails and a few more visits (again with zero pressure), we bought our WRX! We never considered going anywhere... Honest, straight-forward, and easy, every time. I would also like to say that the service and finance folks are wonderful. Anita is very friendly and shares the passion for Subaru. Subaru of Jacksonville has the formula right: the great people doing the what they love. Good job. More

No pressure, great experience I've been to quite a few different dealers that I just couldn't stand because you cannot walk the lot and look around without being constantly bothere I've been to quite a few different dealers that I just couldn't stand because you cannot walk the lot and look around without being constantly bothered. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, to which I told them that I was just looking - no problem, they just let me know where I can find them if I do need help. Once I had a few questions they were happy to answer them without trying to sell the car too much. After doing some research I decided I wanted to get the Forrester (2.5) and revisited the dealership, they were happy to let me take a test drive and answer all my questions. When I decided to "crunch the numbers" with them I was prepared to deal the with normal back and forth crap other dealerships do, but to my surprise they gave me a good deal from the beginning without trying to up-sell on extended warranties and other stuff. They gave me a quote for my trade-in which was a little below what I wanted to get for and after a quick check with the sales lead they just offered exactly what I wanted. I was also really surprised how nice the financing was, I don't have any issues on my credit but have limited history due to not being a US citizen and still they were able to give me a 1.9% APR through Vystar which is much much lower than what other dealerships offered to me. I should also mention that I used the TrueCar service which worked great. Overall it was a great experience with no pressure that resulted in me buying a fantastic car. I now have just over 6,000 miles on my Forrester and it has seen lots of off-road trips and challenging terrain, never once have I had any issues. The Forrester is a very capable, reliable and functional car. Perfect choice for an active lifestyle if you don't care about luxury and latest tech. More

Subaru of Jacksonville came highl This April, we purchased our new Subaru Crosstrek via Community First Credit Union and their Car Concierge program. Subaru of Jacksonville came highly recommended by our Car Concierge rep, and she was absolutely right. The entire process from initial contact of the dealership to driving away in our new Crosstrek took just about 24 hours. It would have been less if I hadn't been at work -- they were very accommodating of my schedule. Most of the work was done by our Car Concierge rep, so by the time we got to the dealership, our car was ready for us and it was just a matter of settling the deal and signing paperwork. That's where we met Josh Strickland, our Subaru sales rep. Josh was very professional and kind, and we felt that he advocated for us to get us a great deal on our new car. What made it extra nice for me, personally, was that we had our 7-month-old infant (who loves to chew on paper) with us as well, and everyone was very patient with us (and her!) as we juggled paperwork and pens out of her reach. Josh is a dad himself and I felt like he really "got" our situation, which made it so much more comfortable for me -- I didn't feel like I constantly had to apologize for delays while I redirected my baby's curious gaze and grasp. This was truly the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had when buying a car. I can't say enough nice things about Subaru of Jacksonville! More
