2015 Subaru WRX STI This is my family's first Subaru. My wife and I were looking at buying a used Subaru STI from another dealership, and we came across Subaru of Jackson This is my family's first Subaru. The price difference between the used and Subaru of Jacksonville new STI was no contest. It was literally minimal. This was the easiest and quickest sale ever! We've bought way too many cars in our life time, and Josh Strickland, with Subaru of Jacksonville, made this a tremendous experience! Josh was outstanding! He wasn't the typical car sales guy you come across. He answered my questions and when I said I'd call him later, he didn't play the typical sales game pitch. I wish all my previous car buying experiences were like this. Thank you guys and we will be coming back when the next generation STI's come out! More

He demonstrated great product knowledge and was a true pleasure to work with from the test-driving phase all the way through the final purchase. He gave me a great deal and did a good job keeping me informed of the status the car's delivery. Everything was ready to go when I finally went to pick up the car, making the process as quick and painless as possible. After signing all the paperwork, Frank took the time to review the car maintenance information with me and introduce me to the service and parts departments. He then reviewed some of the car's more frequently-used features with me (like the headlight and windshield wiper toggles, location of the gas door release, etc.), helped me set up the car's bluetooth, and gave me a quick overview of the car's infotainment system. I drove off the lot feeling very satisfied. I decided to use Jacksonville Subaru I bought my first Subaru yesterday and have to say that this has been by far the best car buying experience ever. I decided to use Jacksonville Subaru instead of my local Fort Myers Subaru. Kimberly Schneid in Sales made this whole process so easy. Everything was handled in one week by phone and email and Kimberly ended up driving my new car to Tampa to meet us halfway. The usually nightmare paperwork was a breeze and was done in 10 minutes. Thank you to Jacksonville Subaru for providing me an outstanding price for my trade in and for giving me a great deal overall. I had gone by a dealer 25 miles closer to my house and was not happy with I bought my 2011 Outback there and just traded it in on my new 2015 Outback. So I went way over to Subaru of Jax and was treated great, and got a much better price as well!
