I received a call early Monday morning from Mike N, who went through what the technicians were seeing, and what would need to be done. Importantly, he told me the things that didn't need to be done.... additional new tires, shock absorbers, struts, etc. I was kept informed at every step of the way, and the car is back in our hands, as good as new!
