I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process. This is the third Subaru we’ve purchased from this dealership. We were replacing another Subaru so we had prior knowledge, had researched the car & knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. Our only “concern” was the delay or non-response to our emails, texts and phone calls. Morris was very courteous and knowledgeable about the features of the car. He gave my wife a very thorough walk through of all the features of the car before we took it home. Pricing was very transparent and we were overall happy with the experience. I recently was looking for a car and was calling around on a specific model to see if someone would accept what I was offering for it. After mutable dealers I came upon this place which surprisingly accept on a specific model to see if someone would accept what I was offering for it. When I went in to actually purchase the car a seller named Nick, who was genuine and honest, helped me through the process without trying to push me to buy the car or try to bump up the price. After all was said and done I left with a new car without the typical three-four hour bargaining phase like most dealers and would recommend this dealership. More
