John treats his customers like family. I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 202 I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 2024 Outback Touring XT. As always, John and his team were professional and efficient flawlessly executing my deal and delivery of the vehicle. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. From start to finish, every part of my experience was perfect! I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours which included a full demonstration of every feature of the new vehicle (those features are many on a Touring XT!).
